Introduction of ESA-certified single-channel space-grade optical connector The MiniAVIM connector was developed in response to market demands for a compact and lightweight version of the highly regarded AVIM connector, specifically for harsh environments and space applications. It can be used with both standard SM and MM fibers, as well as PM technology and multi-fiber ferrules or multi-core fibers. The connector incorporates Power Solution (PS) technology, which reduces power density with GRIN lenses and enhances resistance to power outages.
